Everyone is tired, stressed, and busy, but that is no excuse to ignore your health. On

the contrary, it’s the perfect reason to make your health your main priority. Regular exercise is proven to give people more energy and decrease stress levels at all stages in life, and with the Burn Calories workout time should not be an issue.

What do you do when you’re in the car driving to work, or to pick up your kids from basketball practice? Listen to music? Maybe talk on the phone? Hopefully not texting or checking Facebook. Instead of sitting there, utilize this time to maintain your core with crunches in the car. Driving can be a monotonous and mundane daily chore, especially when you’re sitting in traffic. By doing crunches in the car you are killing two birds with one stone: working on your core (the fat burning center of your body) and adding some interest to an otherwise boring routine.

In order to maintain a healthy and sexy core we need to average 300-500 crunches a day. Take a second to think about that. Some people have the time to lay on a mat and bust out the reps, but most of us don’t have that as an option. By doing sets of 50 crunches in the car (or at your desk), you should be done with your ab work before you even hit the gym at night. Bet it doesn’t seem so impossible now. You may be shocked to see how this one little habit transforms your strength and your weight problem.
